Personal training at home if you don’t have the time to go to the gym, you have kids or you like to train in private, the training at home is just the right method for you. It’s not always necessary to go to the gym to see results. A few bands, dumbbells, or just your body weight are often enough to get your body fit, build up muscles or lose body fat. I’ll show you what you have and bring my equipment and can help you also to set up your private gym. So, nothing stands in the way of your goal!

Available areas: Palm Harbor, Odessa, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Clearwater, Westchase, Oldsmar, Tarpon springs, and Largo.

Personal Training at the Gym

In addition to intensive training sessions in the gym, I’ll show you how to use the equipment correctly and how to learn the technique to prevent injuries. Whether it’s muscle building, functional training or just getting fit, I’ll show you the way.

In an initial meeting, I analyze your current status based on certain questions I ask. I will then test your mobility and find out what your muscular imbalances are. In a technical training session, I will teach you the basic exercises and give you a briefing on the equipment before you start with the weights. A training plan will then be created for the first week, which will be adapted to your needs. Over time, the exercises and the structure of the plan change to provide new stimuli and guarantee progress.

A personal training unit lasts 60 minutes. In the beginning, I plan more time to ensure safety.

Why not train with a friend or a partner? Here you cannot only share the costs, but also reach your goal together. Depending on fitness level and goal, group training is possible. Please ask for more information on this to get a reasonable assessment, because we often have other needs and training requests, where I would recommend a 1:1 training. I always recommend just trying it out, because sometimes it can push the others even harder.
