This is not a 6-week diet program or a senselessly expensive nutritional plan. Nobody should have to do these sacrifices and miss their favorite meals. This is about specialist knowledge and many years of experience that I can call professional individual coaching. It doesn’t matter from which point of view you start, even if you just want to expand your knowledge or lose a few pounds. I have already helped many people from really bad living conditions, because your behavior has an impact on your diet and your physical well-being and, that’s why this is about becoming aware of your behavior. You can only make room for something new if you face the biggest problem and this problem is mostly sitting in your head with a low voice.

Online Training plan

Individual training plan, beginner to advanced.

In an initial virtual meeting, I will analyze your training goal and create a customized training plan for you. Old Injuries, other limitations as well as the time you can invest here. In addition to your job and private life, are taken into account here. Training plans need regular updates because the muscles have to be challenged again and again.

Online Nutrition plan

Supplement recommendations if needed, weight loss, muscle building, quick transformation for a simple nutrition plan to reach your goal faster or for a specific occasion, I offer strict and customized plans. Allergies and food intolerances are taken into account here. Just like one or the other favorite food integrated. The plan is available with 3 different options for 3-6 meals a day.

Weekly update, training plan, nutrition plan, introduction into calorie counting with app and calculation, virtual meeting once a month. If you think in a long-term, this program is the right choice for you. It does not matter if you already have experience and you are going to the gym or starting out as a beginner, you can expect all-round support here. At the beginning I analyze your eating behavior and you get an insight into the basics of nutrition. I will explain to you how everything works with a simple presentation and pictures and then calculate the number of calories you need to achieve your goal of building muscle or losing fat. In addition to training and nutrition tips. You will receive an individual training plan that is tailored to you. You send me pictures of your body every month, such as your weight and, if possible, your measurements to record your progress. We will use this to determine your calorie requirements until further notice. If there are any changes or adjustments, they will always be taken into account as well as a lack of motivation or other issues, I am always available to remind you of your goal and to support you in achieving it.
