About The Inked Coach
My name is Constantin Wohlgemuth, also known as The Inked Coach. Why The Inked Coach? Tattoos were the meaning behind my experiences and grief. My skin tells my story and with my story, I help others believe in themselves the way I did. With my introduction, I would like to break the ice between us and welcome you with open arms, to build trust.
I was born in Germany in November 1988 and it is since then my story begins. At the age of 17 years old I had to decide to say goodbye to my alcohol and drug addiction. It was then that I decided to change my life for good. At the age of 17, I began therapy for a few years and experienced a lot of losses and dark moments. I was able to see light at the end of the tunnel and pushed my way forward with the help of friends and family. I dived deep into my darkest corners and healed myself from within. It was then that Sport and the right nutrition became my biggest focus to help me get back on my feet and gave me the discipline and stamina to keep going and take care of my Internal health as well as my external.
Throughout my journey, I decided to help other people change their lives too. I’ve helped hundreds of people change their lives and continue to do so! It takes courage, perseverance, and, time because it is an endless journey. We often believe we are running out of time or that we have the feeling we are running out of time but, that only happens when we are not present and we are living either in the past or future. Possibly experiencing fear is one part and ego another part that may be contributing to our story. I will help you to rediscover yourself and to unfold your potential, whatever it is that has always been within you. We were not born with fear, pain, or the thought of failure. We were born to make the best of our lives and help others to do the same and, that’s why only a healthy mind can survive in a healthy body.
One of my biggest challenges was moving from Germany to the United States during the corona pandemic in 2021. I don’t think I have ever mastered so many challenges in such a short time as I did during this time.
